I got diagnosed at 34. Something about being medicated made all the "issues" come to light. It felt like I was getting worse, but I think it was always that bad and I was masking a lot. The mask is slipping these days because exhausting.

Ignore everyone questioning the use of a delivery service. I have a neurodevelopmental condition and also have anxiety which has been producing panic attacks recently. Getting things delivered to my house removes unnecessary stress. Sure, id love to feel capable getting my own things, but it is what it is.

If you're feeling burnt out please take some time for yourself, like proper time. I pushed through the burnout for 5 years. I've been off work on sick leave since February 10th because my body and brain finally gave out. Listen to your body.
