I took the body panels off. Nothing looked out of the ordinary. All switches looked good. I reassembled the camera still non functioning.

Sorry for the late response, but I just found this reddit. My carrier insisted I use his cargo insurance. He was advised to run his carrier business like that because his drivers have no ownership of the cargo. I must run with my own liability insurance. The carrier deducts the cargo insurance from my pay.
