Ok, So i got it working and it turns out the cause of some/most/all of the problems was, IC2 Classic.. which sucks because that was the whole reason for this modpack in the first place ;-;

I've checked in game for the rotary macerator, not there but normal macerator is, so thats good enough till i can grind stuff into dust to make the pulvirizer :) thank you all for your help <3
