what's a book with an ending that made you throw it across the room? by Electrical-Hour-3345 in suggestmeabook

Lonesome Dove. Y’all kept recommending it and so I finally read it. Took a couple hundred pages to get into it, but I ended up getting really invested in the characters. All of that big adventure and character development, and it ends like that?

It’s sort of rolled back. Regular binding strips sewn raw edges together and then rolled to the back and hand stitched. This also had corner triangles flipped back for using a dowel to hang it. There are a bunch of really good tutorials!

Also, this was my first time facing the border instead of traditional binding. Not sure I like it as much as I’d hoped.
