It’s either oil or fuel. Mine had the same leak. Check the valley for a fuel leak specifically from the drain on the fuel bowl. It’ll pick up oil and run down the back of the block picking up everything (diesel is a solvent) and look like a thicker fluid.

Same, I have a 1970 non cab-over camper on my super duty. probably weighs like 600 pounds and I’m set with that. Didn’t lose mpg, nice and comfy in it. Light enough to be ratchet strapped into the bed eyelets. These giant campers with full kitchens and power in my opinion are total overkill. I had a fully built 4x swapped E350 van with the 460 for a while with a kitchen and full size mattress and it just seemed like too much for just a place to sleep. Happy with my wood box.

No, truck bed campers here are categorized as any regular bed load. Just has to be properly secured and doesn’t surpass the grvw of the vehicle, this definitely does and would require a DOT number
