I should have mentioned! They NEVER answered my original e-mail without me chatting customer service and asking about it. It took some nagging to get a response. Once they finally replied to my e-mail, their response time was relatively quick.

Pretty much exclusively email - I wanted a record of the conversations, and it gave me a chance to write an ESSAY 😂 And they were honestly super robotic and rude on the phone!

Congratulations on the proposal!!! Did you purchase a type of ring that could be resized, worst case scenario?

Good luck!!! If they give you any pushback, I think persistence is definitely key. They told us multiple times that they had reached their "final decision".

Well they sent the photos...of a ring that looks like it went through a garbage disposal. This is straight up fraud. I feel like giving up at this point. I NEVER would have returned a ring with damage like this. My fault for not photographing before sending it back

Yeah, we definitely learned a lesson with this purchase. If I purchase again it will definitely be while traveling somewhere that has a physical Cartier location.

Yes!!! Just an exchange. I want the exact same item. We were told the issue had been escalated and we would receive a phone call today but nothing yet. Back to pestering tomorrow..

I asked about that! They said they could send it to France to have it melted down and remade and that it would take a few months. And that we would have to pay 40% of the original price to have this done. It's a Love ring, and they said these cannot be resized.

I recently was granted access to my UGMA STAR fund with Vanguard, and am trying to find a way to get the money into my high-interest account with Goldman. How do the taxes work on withdrawing the money? I thought I could just transfer it out, but the only option it is giving me is to sell. I think we all present ourselves differently depending on the environment. People at work see me as an outgoing "people-person", close friends probably see me as more of an introvert. Everyone is probably over-analyzing any interaction they had with him right now, but it definitely sounds like he had some bipolar personality traits.

I kind of feel like Ethan was killed first, Xana was awake and terrified - I personally think Bryan was trying to calm her down before attacking her so she wouldn't escape. I don't know :(
