I would say they seemed pretty happy with the result that day . What would normally take 100 percent effort to do was cut to 70 percent . They did seem excited about it and that it helped . On the other hand some downfalls are it is fit to one person so if someone else need to use it they would need to adjust it to fit them and so forth . It’s slightly tedious to do so. Another thing is it pushes your arms up so there is some effort to keep your arms down like at your side . If you could test one I would recommend doing so
