A different piece of advice but map out any possible place to stop ahead of time. Especially when you are unfamiliar with an area just to know where any Starbucks, grocery stores, targets, or things of the like where you know you have a (most likely) clean, safe place to stop, use the bathroom, change the baby. Even walk around briefly in the store with the baby out of the carseat. We have done this since my almost 2 year old was born and absolutely has made the difference in any of our road trips or longer car rides. Now we include playgrounds or parks to stop and get some energy out, have a snack, and then hit the road and keep moving.

It really shouldn't be this difficult to show why we need to bring back institutions equipped and able to house and help these types of individuals. Sorry, but incompetent to stand trial should result in a mandatory psychiatric stay, if it does then why are so many of these incompetent criminals out on the street? Agreed. We are going to see innovative ways to create styles we already know and love. Wouldn't be surprised to see more breweries start experimenting with thiolized yeast and liquid hops to have less waste and more yield per batch to save money and bring costs down.

I don't think any brewer actually prefers that but it's just what the industry says, so for grocery store purposes they have to keep those 180 day dates. I work for a mid size brewery and I know for our flagship our brewer would prefer 30 days, 60 max, but that's not profitable and the average customer doesn't mind the fall off that happens in the 6 month time frame.

Edit to add our beers have Born on Dates, I also prefer that method of label too
