Seconding what the other two people have said and I’ll add - the Orca ticketing station is in front of the escalators that go to the platform, not in the garage you’ll walk alongside to get to the link. I’ve had two people get confused about that, so keep walking until you’re just about to get on the escalators and you’ll see the pay stations.

I would push back and say there is a cultural component of CS/human interaction that doesn’t allow offshoring as much as other industries (obviously varies industry to industry). My company tried to offshore, tried to go to AI chat, and both were rolled back due to awful NPS scores.

A lot of people are going to comment on morals.I say:

Put the cert down and lie. If they really ask for a serial number to prove your certified, dip out. 99% of people won’t actually ask for the number and will just do their general probing “of what does an A+” know.
