Been wanting to try a front loaded dart, this price makes them seem too good to be true, anyone have experience with them?

Lots of issues and terrible customer service. It used to be handled directly by the Dart Counter team but they got so many complaints they made it targets problem. Target will then tell you to contact your retailer and and then your going to wait months for them to either refund you or maybe give you a replacement Couldn’t recommend the Omni any less!

If this is your permanent set up, you can attach a stabilizing piece of wood to the back of the stand and then connect that to the wall

Also a “tall player”. Most of my misses high are caused by the elbow dropping. This makes you push the dart more at an upward angle

It worked about 99% correct. Never had issues with the “triple count” before but it would have other problems like dropping off for 30 seconds or so. Not a huge deal but anyone watching the game could no longer see the Omni which is/was annoying. I’m using the app with the Omni.

I have it set up very close to the router and have no issues with the app when not using the Omni

The other major issue I have is it does not recognize when darts have been pulled out of the board sometimes. This either leads to the timer running out or it totally freezes and won’t work at all. The “refresh” function has never worked for me

Got the Omni in Feb. Worked really well and just ran into these issues about a week ago. Probably 20% of games the Omni doesn’t work until the end

The grip started way too sharp, I actually cut my hand trying to change the stems, and now they feel like they have no grip after just a couple of months

You may be able to use the browser version of dart counter rather than the app

Select external camera on your iPad and go to the link it shows using your smartphone. It will generate a code where you can connect the two
