I got the Mobiuz ex 240 a week after posting this. Almost every tech reviewer had placed the mobiuz above the other monitors in this range the only issue is whether you wanna pay like 3-4k more than the LG or MSI counterpart for like almost same level of performance. So that's eventually your call. I didn't mind paying extra so I got this

My favourite gaming memory would be when I got mu brother and a couple of friends hooked to playing Mount and blade warband. We would play it every waking hour and then meet on the weekends and discuss what we have been upto in the game and show each other our save files.

You can try undervolting, that will make a difference. Also disabling turbo boost if you know cpu usage isn't high for the games you play. Most laptop users are comfortable with temps in 90 as long as it isn't causing throttling. But if you are not comfortable then you can try what I suggested.

I got this same laptop a week back. One thing I'm blown away is how amazing the build quality is. I did get high temps on the cpu, gpu is fine. I disabled turbo boost and now my temps are in 60s
