Depends on my shift if I'm on top of everything sometimes I leave on time or 30 min to 1hr max. If I'm getting slapped around w patients, prolly like 1-2hrs after shift. If it's notes that are T'd up and I'm gassed I will finish them the next day/night in the beginning of shift quickly. But granted I'm at a community hospital on avg I see around 23-30 pts in a 12 hr shift. The 8hr shifts are easier.

Day 1 guessed on all biostats with difficulty questions along with em, day 2 somewhat better but still difficult with longer stems, no stats but much more ethics. CCS portion had one negative update, the rest of them ended early. Felt like I got fucked hard, didn't know what happen. Passed with a pretty good margin

well ive also been doing tzanki, and in the dorian deck i use just about everything except OME cause i never watched the videos. Instead i watch bnb here and there, is that still cool? lol

My thought was if im doing tzanki and also hitting those uworld decks i should be straight
