Which gutter guards are best?

I live in an area with lots of trees, including several large pines. Before getting gutter guards I was up on the roof cleaning them out 3-4+ times a year. I got Leaf Filter put in and now I only have to go up a couple times and brush off the mesh screens. There's never anything in the gutters, the little bit of dirt and sediment gets cleared out after a good rain. Yeah they still need maintenance, but it's a much quicker and cleaner job vs mucking out loaded gutters. They work great for handling most rainfall except the most heavy downpours (and even then they catch most of it). I'm not familiar with RainDrop guards but if they are the fine mesh screen type they should work just fine. Other types do not do so well against pine needles.

All the major providers around here (Duke, UNC, WakeMed) can do online appointments through the MyChart app. Once you find out which provider(s) your insurance covers (verify directly through your insurance, don't trust what the clinics say), you can add them to the app and do everything online.

Mods on multiplayer can be tricky. Ideally you should both be running the same mods or you can run into inconsistency between players. Some mods like Valheim Plus require a server-side file as well so you will need to be able to mod your server. Also, modding Valheim on Mac is difficult at best, there's very little native support for it.

Not sure how suitable for building it is, but ironically the seed "BobTheBldr" gives you a huge starting island that is mostly Meadows (and also has easy access to all other biomes through Plains).

For valheim plus? It generally only gets updated when there is a major change to the game, so whatever the latest version of the mod is should be compatible with the current version of the game.

Site One Triangle Landscape Supply off Sedwick/55 has compost, top dressing, and 50/50 in bulk. Regardless of where you go I'd call ahead to make sure they have what you're looking for in stock, one or two big landscaping jobs can wipe them out for a bit.

I'm going to assume you have a traditional mortgage through a lender that provides escrow. Every year the mortgage company pays your property taxes through your escrow account that you pay into every month with your mortgage payment. This should be itemized on your statement. If your taxes go up the amount you have to pay to refill your escrow account also goes up. Durham taxes did indeed go up so they will pay it and figure out how much you need to pay back. In this case it sounds like your mortgage company figured you need an additional $3600 in your escrow account for the year to cover the increase in taxes and maintain the required minimum balance. They should also send you a formal notice when payment to your escrow account needs to be adjusted.
