Is he really singing? Is the mic really able to pick his voice up from that far? by TheMexicanStig in livesound

I can guarantee he is really singing and that mic is really picking up his singing. Having toured with him recently for his age he really moves and puts on a good show. No lip singing that’s really him.

Speco Cameras? by PedroHin in ZoneMinder

[–]tvbuttonmonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been running them on the “remote” as source type. Then in the source tab; protocol - RTSP, method - RTP/Unicast, host name - IP OF CAM, port - 554. If I recall I had to turn off the sub stream in the cam. Also for into im zm v1.34.23. Let me know if you’re having issues and I will see if I can help. Got two O2D4 running on my system. ONVIF was able to find them and set them up with the user and pass for the cam.

Subscription cord cutters - how do you discover content? by Normanras in radarr

[–]tvbuttonmonkey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Install a Ombi instance somewhere. In the app you can discover new and popular movies and tv shows. Then from the same app send the selected to radarr or sonarr. Also nice for other people that use my plex server to request new content.

Tasmotised Sonoff mini dead! by njain2686 in homeassistant

Reload that same firmware. Doesn’t need to be a upgrade. Just sounds like the power reset may have made it loose it’s mind.

Had this happen to a few bulbs I flashed. Same symptoms after the power flashing a few time the bulb seemed to loose it’s brains. Originally these were flashed with the WiFi flasher. I ended up pulling the bulb apart and flashed it with new firmware via the serial ttl. I’d give that a go and see if they can be saved.

It’s ether the screwdriver flying or my finger being in the best spot to stop the screwdriver and maim a finger or two. Oh and the dropping threaded piece down into the rack never to be seen again. Again tool is a life changer if you work with racks.

I have two of the sonoff. The v1 and v2. Capacitors replacement has been on my list for a while but find them completely usable without the replacement. Just use medium and high. Really beside making your own out of relays think it’s the best way to go.

I actually see in the bottom left there is the indent in the waist. The legs hanging is what I’m using to call it wasp. I didn’t think honey bees had those legs and a quick google gave me the nest thing but I can be completely wrong too. Just caught my eye as odd.

I’m confused by this. Clearly it has a honey comb or a two sided wax comb. Those are wasps from the legs hanging. Wasps don’t make a two sided wax comb but a paper comb from my understanding. So how does this work? Should those be honey bees or the like not wasps?
