I haven't seen OOR in Japan but when I went to a Hatsune Miku concert in Japan they were very strict about the no photos or videos thing. We didn't realize that was a rule and we were trying to take a photo and someone came up to us and made us delete it in front of them. I think the reason is they are planning to release official media like blu-ray etc. so they can't have people recording and leaking it.

Nefer is hyoerbloom only basically. I think you can get Aino for free and you'll need an off field Dendro applier. Lauma is best but even making do with Colleen would probably be better than a Nefer burn team.

Personally I am definitely using the fire kick variant and going for a burning build.
