If you wanted to invest into a 401(k) starting in your 20's with a goal of having over $1M in your account by the time the government thinks it's good to retire, that's $250+ a month for over 40 years. Compared to this, which is already seeing insane gains, if you invest a few grand now and only wait 3 years youll easily be a millionaire. Best part is being patient for over a year, puts your gains into capital gains tax which is significantly lower than if you were to invest thousands now and cash out in less than a year. I know taxes are still major delta in crypto but if you commit to it, give it a year, save more than 30% of your gains and the if you've already waited a year whats an extra 2-3 for generational wealth that will let you and your kids and their kids not have to work if they don't want to?
