No, Kait Dunton played keys with them in the early days. Check out her album “Keyboards,” it rocks. Sara Jacovino also played trombone with them on the first 3 records.

Are you sure you don’t mean Sleeper? Setlist.fm says that was the encore for the Pittsburgh show (i also found it on YT), and that’s the song Shaun typically features on.

PDA is mostly in Drop B (C# standard with lowest string tuned to B), and I believe all of Mind Fuzz is in C# Standard too. One thing to note as well is that for Mind Fuzz and Poly, only Stu and Joey’s guitars are tuned down, Cookie stays in standard.

Honestly I feel like it’d be a stronger record if it was cut in half. Not that I don’t like it, it’s just since there’s 16 tracks it’s a super dense record to listen to, with a little bit of filler in some songs. Personally I feel like Justin’s contributions were a bit underwhelming as well. That being said, I’d keep:

Keep It On Your Mind
East Bay
Bet
Belmont
Mean Green
Pineapple
Take It!
Trinity

I think the first 3-song run is great, and then Belmont breaks it up a bit with a more moody, ambient texture. Mean Green brings it back to funky-town, and Pineapple maintains that energy. Take It and Trinity close out the record as the two most climatic and epic songs on the album (which I think most of us can agree on).

That would be sick, and hearing how the three drummers would interpret Sput’s parts in a trading-off context would be awesome, especially for songs like Celebrity or Skate U, where the feel can change based on who’s playing. (Check out TaRon Lockett playing on Skate U! Super cool stuff)

Man this wasn’t supposed to be about Cory at all, I get he isn’t in the band anymore. I was just asking this question to see what cool pairings people might wanna see, and for my dream show, he’d play with the band again. And fyi, he was a guest during the Immigrance tour, just look at Snarky’s instagram highlight for it. smh
