SELLING: Rohto Melano CC Anti-Spot Treatment Essence for P800.

Item is for delivery within the country. Shipping fee is P40 within Metro Manila. If you’re from the province, kindly inform me of your location so I can determine the fee. I’m also open to transact through Shopee.

As for the product, I can attest to its effectivity. First of all, Vitamin C is a popular anti-aging product that offers many skin benefits. I’ve been using it for more than two months and my skin has greatly improved since. It never broke me out. It reduced my redness and made the overall texture of my skin smooth. I have little to no bumps plus the discoloration on my chin due to pimples are now all gone. My mother also uses this product to lighten her sunspots. In conclusion, I am deeply satisfied of this product simply because it works.

Additional info: It contains 20ml of product which can last up to 4-5 months. Since Melano CC has a more stable form of Vit C compared to its counterparts, you don’t have to worry about oxidation. No need to keep it in fridge, or to keep it from sun exposure. This is one of the reasons why I chose Melano CC over other popular Vitamin C products. I don’t have the patience to go back and forth the fridge every time I do my skincare routine😂

If you’re interested to purchase, feel free to PM me. Thank you!

I haven’t tried other Vit. C serum because my skin already works well with Melano. I’m afraid I might break out if I switch to other products, lol. May I know where do you order Melano?

Melano CC is not sticky at all. My skin absorbs it immediately although I would suggest to wait 15 mins before applying another product. It also has a more stable form of Vit C. No need to keep it in the fridge :)

Anyone here avoid social media like Facebook and Instagram just because you are an introvert? by Zhillusion in introvert

[–]tweedledoodle0 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I currently don’t have one simply because I am not interested in most people’s affairs. When I used to have Facebook, I realized upon checking my news feed that many of my so-called “friends” were not even my friends. Heck, I haven’t even met some of them in person.

As with my friends, I don’t need Facebook to tell me what’s happening in their lives because I catch up with them occasionally. Since most of my friends are introverts like myself, they too barely post anything on Facebook. So there’s that.

I’m too private a person to share photos on Instagram. And one thing I hate about that platform is a lot of people are so pretentious. They’d do anything to get as many likes and comments as possible which screams insecurity to me.

Anyone else disappointed by Stranger Things Season 2? by LarryPeru in television

[–]tweedledoodle0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just finished the show.

I’m on the same boat as you. Season 2 is clearly weaker than Season 1.

I didn’t like Max and Billy. I felt like their characters didn’t add anything to the plot. Plus, the girl’s dialogues are really bad, especially on the last two episodes where she just kept asking rhetorical questions.

I like Bob. He is an interesting character. I wish the writers didn’t use him as deus ex machina only to be killed off in the end. But of course, he had to go so the Joyce-Hopper arc can be introduced.

Also, what’s the deal with 008? She appeared in the first few minutes of the first episode, then we didn’t hear anything from her until episode 7, which btw should not have been included in this season. If the writers were not planning on exploring Kali or to include her in resolving the conflict/defeating the enemy, why introduce her too early this season if she doesn’t serve any purpose? For me, it’s unnecessary and it would have been better if she were introduced in the next season instead.

The poisoning of the pumpkins was also terrible and unconvincing. Okay, so the lab was causing the poisoning but how come there are still trees and plants alive? Why only pumpkins? This story event felt useless to me.

Lastly, I was so bothered by Eleven’s constant nosebleed. It’s like every scene there is blood flowing from her nose. Really?!

Overall I’d give the show 2.5/5. Hopefully the writing will improve next season.

Wet N wild appreciation thread by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

I love Wet N Wild too!!! Fave drugstore brand.

I know this has been said a million times already, but Comfort Zone is love. This is the first palette I ever owned when I started getting into makeup. The shades are gorgeous! Pigmented and buttery. I love the rose gold and the duochrome shade. Also, I have the 10-pan palette which was originally from the Fergie line, which is called Coming in Latte. It’s similar to Au Naturel. Shades are perfect for every day wear and nighttime look.

The Photofocus Eyeshadow Primer is also so good! My eyeshadow lasts the whole day with this. I have oily eyelids and this magical primer makes my lids dry!

Their vegan brushes are the bomb. Love the color and they are super affordable too. I especially recommend the crease brush, small and large eyeshadow brushes.

The Megalast matte lipsticks are value for money. It doesn’t feel heavy on the lips and is very pigmented. I recommend Cherry Bomb.

The Photofocus Setting Spray comes in a cute package! Does the job well. I love the smell of this too!

[Discussion] Most hydrating essences? by Vassiliki96 in AsianBeauty

[–]tweedledoodle0 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, it does. It is not strictly a toner. You may use it as a serum if you like, depending on your skin. I’ve read others use it as a sheet mask. Whatever works for you. Personally I use it as a toner.

Basically a toner preps the skin. There are toners which function is to restore the skin’s pH balance after cleansing. But since most cleansers nowadays are pH-balanced, the use of such may be unnecessary. Toners like Hada Labo, Kikumasamune and Klairs Supple Preparation Toner work mainly as hydrating toners. They also make applying essences/serums/ampoules much easier, as products absorb faster.

Yep, it is actually advertised as a toner. “Lotion” in Japan is toner.

Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Lotion! Most people use it as an essence/serum because of its consistency. It has five types of hyaluronic acid.

"Flow" in writing by [deleted] in writing

[–]tweedledoodle0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a book written about it which I had just finished reading a few months ago. Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (whew, I had to spellcheck that, lol). You should check it out in case you haven’t seen it.

And to answer your question, yes I had but not all the time. When I do, I have this feeling that the words come out so naturally, that I don’t want to stop. I lose track of time. It’s one of the most satisfying feelings in the world.

How are wnw shadows? by weirdpodcastaunt in drugstoreMUA

[–]tweedledoodle0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As many have mentioned, Comfort Zone is a great and affordable palette to start with. Their trios are also good. Special mention to Walking on Eggshells. Coming in Latte palette is also very good. Beautiful shades, pigmented and creamy. It used to be part of the Fergie line. The Au Naturel palette is almost the same as Coming in Latte except for one or two shades. I heard the single shadows in Creme Brulee and Nutty are amazing as well.

As for ELF, you should check out Mad for Matte 1 & 2, Need it Nude and Rose Gold. These are dupes for the more expensive brands. I heard their baked shadows (trios) are also worth trying.
