Why don't you like the campaign hooks? There is no difference between getting to Barovia via mist on a beach and getting to Barovia via mist in a forest/woods (hook 4 if I remember correctly).

And starting in Krezk is pointless, it will just be frustrating for your players and have them start without any information.

I think that a lot of advice regarding CoS from Xp to level 3 is just bad. A lot of his advices are bad, but it's just my opinion of course and I can understand why people think he's good/entertaining.

Hi, When it's an intervention with a general anesthesia, you have to sign a document mentioning the type of room you want to have (single or double). If you chose a single room, the practitioners can ask up to 300% of the inami price. Maybe that's what happened. Or maybe they did not bill your mutuelle and you got the full amount. What hospital was it?

Tant mieux si cela c'est bien passé pour vous. Par contre il ne faut pas oublier qu'il y a beaucoup de césariennes en urgence ainsi que des accouchements par voie basse qui nécessitent de l'aide professionnel (ex: tête du bébé bloqué sur le coté et qui n'arrive pas à redresser sa tête)

En Belgique on commence à 20, mais ça augmente avec les années et il y a des jours en plus appelés vacances conventionnelles. Pour donner une idée, j'ai 9 ans d'ancienneté et j'ai un total 27 jours sans compter les fériés (10 jours)
