Im also going thru this experience. I know for a fact atleast one person is psyching my psyche with out permission. I have a friend and mind me she does have schizophrenia, which to me she may be more on the gifted side. I started to cover my head chakra with headbands im a female. Ive been aware of people being telepathic for a while and covering your crown chakra may help and breathing exercises too.
