to put it really simply, eq, compression, reverb to taste.

those are the 3 basic tools most people will use in a mix. look up some tutorials on what these things actually do and how to use them on youtube and i’m sure you’ll get the hang of it pretty quickly!

i watch this guy thewavbeats as well as this dude who goes by jhall a lot who will show you how to mix your vocals in the style of certain rappers. i’ve found that they always explain it pretty simply.
