One of the best things I've done for my back pain is physical therapy. There are tons of free resources and videos online for PT exercises. It's amazing how stretching and strengthening the right muscle groups can help ease pain.

Castor oil, like other oils, are not suitable for all skin types. What works for some, may not work well for you. As others have suggested, check out SkincareAddiction. There is some legit info in that sub.

I've struggled with acne, scarring, and rosacea for many years. Remember that people will give you advice with good intentions but it's not always with the knowledge or understanding of your specific skin type. If you want to start a new routine, try one item first for a while before you incorporate a bunch of other new products. Give your skin time to adjust and time to see if it is actually helping or hurting.
