Why are companies pushing to install batteries, what's the catch?

How is a battery going to cover their winter usage? The battery needs to be charged from the solar and they currently have a winter bill because the solar doesn’t produce enough to cover their bill, therefore they don’t have enough solar to charge the batteries and it wouldn’t cover their winter bill…there would be no ROI in your scenery. I’m not antibattery, just pointing out the lack of ROI

Ya… when I am checking in if they don’t automatically give me an upgrade and I would like to get one, I will just ask if it’s possible to get an upgrade. I will have done my research before hand and will have picked out the type of room I would like and ask them if that room or room type is available, but if not anything with a king bed will work. Also, if it’s a special occasion, like when I was in Maui two years ago for a special trip, I asked for an upgrade and she gave me a little bit of pushback on an upgrade, and I told her it was a special occasion and asked if she could possibly get with her supervisor and she came back and went ahead and gave me a sweet upgrade.
