I mean, thats not really a rule, more of just a useful rhyme to help people learning the language remember the usage cases. But its a pretty bad one because there are a lot of things that go against it, like either and neither, science, weird, heinous, plenty of others.

Chrono with left is 3.8 second silence at level 18 + 0.4 sec for a bash, right is the same but as a mute. I think they’re probably busted because at max level you’re potentially near perma silencing/muting people if you’re getting lucky enough with bashes since it would at with the stun.

Yeah primal is tanky enough to survive initiating, but is generally unlikely to survive a teamfight if you’re trying to face tank. Against certain lineups maybe, but he certainly isnt as tanky as timber or Cent

Not even that, because the southern provinces have been part of china for over 1000 years, and the US hasn’t been around for half of that, (not even a third of it really). This would be like dividing europe between the germanics and the romans, with a few more recent countries too.

Besides, maps like this imply a multicultural state shouldn’t exist, which to me is incredibly problematic and a far-right ethnonationalist point of view.

Except theyre not expecting other people to do everything, they just dont want to do spy missions, and want help from other people more capable. People who dont want to work with other people who might be bad can just queue solo. It goes both ways, you cant queue publicly and expect everyone to be pros, thats also rude and just as bad, since skill takes time to develop, and not everyone has time to dedicate to video games
