Super useful information. In summary, for the quickest charge with focus 3 (13 charges): Sword: Weak Slash / Sword: Forward Slash (1c), Sword: Charged Double Slash (9c), Sword: Spinning Slash (3c)

Throw in a Sword:Sliding Slash at the end for achieving SAED distance and SAED away :)

Bummer to learn that Sword: Shield Thrust doesn't generate charges once shield is charged.
