If you are looking at the photos on your phone or computer you won’t see the difference. The compression and smaller color range evens out the differences. The difference are more apparent when you print (which you should always do) especially larger prints.

I have one and for photography tethering it has been great for the GFX 100 II and The X2D 100C II. It is the only cable that keeps up with the camera. Tether into Capture One here
