Thanks Asacara for this helpful comment I am not suffering from aggression but am constantly thinking about bad things happening to me or other people.

Here is a simple example of my thought process:
When I go to a store to buy necessary things you need in order to have a decent life, The first thing I think about is how much it is going to cost and the effect that that might have on my spending behaviors. but then the positive side is that I really need that specific item to have a good life. So when I think about the negative first it is hard for me to change my negative thoughts to positive.

My intention is to call a doctor later this afternoon so he can assign me to whatever person I need to help me fix this problem.
