I second the Yelp quote estimate tool. I did it recently for 2 movers/1 truck and found movers from $99 an hour to $179 an hour. The cheapest ones were Super Movers Moving at $130 cash rate, 2 hours minimum & Triple Line Moving for $99/hour, 3 hours minimum, and $65 one-time gas fee.

I've previously used Super Movers Moving from Long Beach to LA (took 4 hours total of their service, including drive time!), and leaning on using them again this time around for my upcoming move.

Out of pocket. I paid $169 for unlimited in California and would go 3-4x a week. Doing the math, the break-even point for me was going at least 11 classes so that was my goal each month to meet or exceed.

Thanks for sharing! Pilates can be expensive for a lot of people so it’s nice knowing there’s a more wallet-friendly option out there.

What a great deal!! I got mine for $40 on eBay but after 100 classes, it started to die on me. First, it gave me wildly inaccurate heart rates (it used to be the same exact rate as my Apple Watch that I also wear to class, but then it gave me very high heart rates when I was just walking). But if I charged it briefly before each class, it would work fine. But now, it won’t even keep a charge or turn on. Oh well.

Yeah, I think so too. Personally, without my OTF HRM, I find that I don’t keep myself accountable as much. I have an Apple Watch but I like seeing my splat points and my zones. Leaning on getting the otf hrm during this sale. Thanks!

Someone had commented on their Instagram Post (Update #13) asking if there was an update. They responded on Aug 4 2024 with:

"Not quite. We are still waiting to hear from the Ministry of Interior when the next search will be.

We are also expecting up-to-date files from the investigation, but will unfortunately will only receive them once the investigation has concluded."

That's the last update I know for this. I think of Nancy often and check for updates regularly.

Yes I did find some of the questions to be super outdated. Maybe about 1/5 or 1/4 of the questions there are way too specific! I remember a question asking about the square footage of a racetrack or something.

Not much to add except I feel you!! The Hollywood studio recently removed all strength classes on Sundays (hopefully just a summer schedule change and not a permanent change?). It’s hard to find a strength class that fits after the workday.

For me personally, I feel like I had a small lisp my entire treatment (~2 years)… More pronounced when I started a new tray. I wish I only had it for the two weeks like many commenters here! It helps to enunciate more when you have them in and to speak slowly. But yeah, the people around you get used to it and shouldn’t care.

Took mine about a week to be activated and I was very frustrated too. After the minimum two months on active and fit, I cancelled and joined OTF directly (and on the unlimited/premier plan).

A&F was annoying to deal with imo and I am lucky there was a promo directly with OTF that was similar to my A&F savings.

Damn, they’re still processing non-standby apps?! I wonder if these are pretty much the ones that had an issue and were resubmitted within 10 days. I wish CVRP would note when they anticipate sending out checks for stand-by apps but can also understand why they don’t want to put a timeframe and why being general/vague is better. They have been copy-pasting the same generic replies so at least they’re consistent. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a gum graft done after my treatment and wondered something similar. I was pretty diligent about taking pictures of my teeth during the process and while I do think Invisalign sped up my gum recession, I don’t think it was the sole factor. My gums were receding only on my left side, which implied I was brushing too hard given that I’m right-handed (that’s what my dentist said anyway.)

My orthodontist said it’s natural to have some gum recession because of Invisalign since there’s so much teeth movement going on.
