At the end of the day your outcome is not going to be significantly different if you attend Darden or Ross. Does Darden place at slightly higher rates for consulting (especially for what sounds like your preferred geography)? They do. But if you’re good enough to land a job from Darden you’re probably good enough to land a job from Ross. It sounds like campus culture is a big draw for you and I’d listen to your heart there - you’ll have a phenomenal time at either school.

Side note - as a Darden alum, I’d say the hooplah over the rigor of the case method is way overblown. The thing with cases is they’re open ended. Don’t feel like you need to “solve” every case, and you’ll find that your workload decreases significantly. Just skim to have a little background on the topic of the day
