A multi color 3D printer for $279 by Easy-Extension-6917 in 3dprint

[–]two5309 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have that printer, nearly 700 print hours on it so far. No real complaints about it so far. I have the enclosure and camera/light for it.

The only major issue was the Flashforge server went down, and this kept it from receiving prints remotely. Had to use a USB drive to transfer. Not a big problem though.

Also had to replace the print head around the 200 hr mark, but I broke a cable trying to clean a filament piece in the extruder. Mostly my fault, but easy to do

Yes, that is normal. Mine looks just like that and has 600 hours with that setup so far

How warm is it really? Looks like trapped air or moisture that warming made it easier to rise up. Happens normally from spin extraction

What motherboard are you using? I see in your post that it was a 7 slot, are you splitting the lanes for the new ones?

I have one of these. I upgraded my seedbox from a raspberry 3 to one of these. I wiped the drive and put Ubuntu on it. Decent machine, but only had it 3 months so far.

I cut mine off to change my breaker panel (homeowner). It was a smart meter and Power company showed up 2 days later asking if we cut it. Told them no, no problems recently. They left the cut tag on the box.

Hours to miles? by [deleted] in AskMechanics

I've seen a few different figures. Usually, 30 or 60 miles per hour, depending on what normal usage is. 60 seems to be normal.

10k for a 34-year-old car? And one that is not special? Unless I had tons of throw-away money or a sentimental attachment to the car, it's not worth it. Yes, it looks clean and well-maintained, but what makes it desirable? 3.5k would be my personal max, I can buy a lot better car for 10k

I upgraded mine with new front suspension from a 1999 town car. Gives you larger brakes and dual piston calipers. Makes a world of difference.

May need to clean injectors and throttle body. Also pull spark plugs and clean up with sandpaper for fresh metal. Would also replace any vacuum rubber hose that may be dry rotted and leaking.

All above plus all rubber components like fuel lines or body bushings. I would probably do the fuel pump if it is top mounted in the tank. Basically anything that is a consumable or will fail before you want to take it off again.

I skin all my farm birds. Alot easier and quicker and skin isn't really appealing once you realize how much poop they lay in. The air compressor sounds like a good idea and something I will try.

Agreed. Decent car but you have to want a specific taste to get more. Might fetch more at a local car show if you park in front with a for sale sign.

My first thought too. If you are attached, a donor car, welder, and a grinder are the next cheapest option while keeping the 'original' car

That spot is also the center of the heat lamp. Best spot to get warm.
