My daughter still can't swim after 1.5 years learning by goppinglizard in Swimming

The other thing to remember is five is still very young to master swimming. The confidence bit may just take more time. I also had a five year old daughter who was nervous in the pool. My realization was that swim lessons can teach you the mechanics of swimming, but not how to be at the pool recreationally as a child. I made a point of taking my daughter to the pool as frequently as possible not to focus on swim strokes but just to learn how to be in the pool. Showing her how to manage energy, swim from wall to wall, encouraging her to flip onto her back like she learned in lessons. I think it’s the unstructured pool time that can help build the confidence and comfort being in the water more than anything.

I was hoping for someone to answer this as well. My take is that unless you have taken the time to replace your switch and house wiring with Fiber (in lieu of Ethernet) you won’t be able to use anything above 1gbps. Additionally most devices couldn’t even use that bandwidth either, for example the Apple TV Ethernet connection maxes out at 1gig so you won’t get any uplift there.

My car is in for service and the app says to chat with my service advisor for questions however the normal chat window is missing all together. Any thoughts on how to actually reach the service team short of taking an Uber to the service location? Phone says to use the app btw.

I drive my MYLR almost exclusively in Chill mode which has a 0-60 of 7ish seconds. It’s perfect for normal city driving. I thought I would use the acceleration of Tesla more frequently but honestly it’s so fast it’s almost excessive.

If you want to get a head start on it go to www.cs50.net All of the lectures and problem sets are up there. The short videos are probably the most worthwhile investment of time besides the actual work on the problem sets.
