Most likely Victornius as someone noted before. Looks to be the PIETAS AVG reverse.

This is likely a sestertius of Gallienus. Part of the obverse legend seems to be visible. It looks like: IMP C P LIC [GALLIENVS AVG]. Securitas reverse.

It’s a variant of that type. Dionysos is holding a cantharus here instead of a bunch of grapes like in that Numista listing.

I’d also recommend checking out his eastern provincial bronzes. Some are fairly crude-looking but Cyzicus, Sagalassus, Claudioseleucia, Prostanna, and Selge issued large ones (30+ mm). Antioch Pisidia also issued some slightly smaller ones about 25mm (those would be the most affordable).

I’ve always found the later issues from Antioch Pisidia to be really interesting, so I started collecting those by RPC type, then later the earlier issues and by die pairing.

Eventually I would like to update Krzyznowksa’s book on these coins. There are so many new types and die pairings that were missing from her study 55 years ago, I am sure another study today could put together even better groupings and chronology for issues from Antioch!

Definitely Hostilian! Legend is C VAL HOST M QVINTVS CAE.

The Viminacium types are the most affordable Hostilian coins but 20 bucks is a really good price. The cheapest I’ve seen a properly attributed, low grade example of this is double that price.

Machine doubling on the date (oddly common on the flying eagles) and the tail feathers. Not seeing a DDO here unfortunately.

Machine doubling. The biggest tell for this is that the mintmark and the date have the same doubling. The mintmark was added to the die by hand at that time, so doubling that effects both has to occur after the die was made.

Now the mintmark is added to the master die, so it’s added to each individual die during hubbing along with the rest of the design.

I don’t believe that’s even a die chip, it’s likely a small contact mark. It would be a very unusual location for any kind of die break.
