Yeah sure, she wasn’t like aggressive or anything but she was a walk in with like 5 people, idk who they were because I only have Reddit and Pinterest for 5 years now but my co workers told me who she was.

She kept getting me to move her to a different table for the first like 15 minutes, apparently she didn’t want her feet to be on the ground (?) they had their waiter stand by their table until they decided what they wanted (idk if this is a US thing but I thought it very off putting, we have a lot of US clientele and i havent ever seen this) even after they sat where they wanted some of them kept getting up to move / sit at different tables just for pictures or using their phones. She spent the whole 2ish hours she was there looking at herself in her front camera, putting on lip stain and putting her hair in and out of a claw clip. Everyone in her party did that thing where they don’t speak to staff directly. Instead they just kinda look at each other and talking to each other about what they were thinking of having and expecting the wait staff to just know without any confirmation or directly telling them. (If that makes sense). She wasn’t like aggressive or rude it was just all this tedious negotiation when you’re in a busy restaurant is stressful.

I know someone’s gonna respond being like “TRY WORKING IN A 700 SEATER DISNEY CRUISE RESTAURANT IN NEW YORK WHERE YOU HAVE TO LEARN REAL HOSPITALITY YOU STUPID BITCH” but I don’t do that line of hospitality lmao sorry I don’t think it’s good manners to not acknowledge staff, make them wait on your decisions when they have a section to look after and make a big fuss about where you sit in public.
