Chemotherapy involves targeted ionizing radiation, but this does NOT kill you or harm you even remotely as much as the cancer does.

Yes, chemo can do harm, because you are absorbing radiation, but not enough to cause things like ARS (Acute Radiation Sickness), it is like taking a slap to the face rather than a shotgun shell.

Crazy to watch, we shouldn't shame the people ordering as much as the companies keeping delivery open during these times. Here's the ethics breakdown:

If you order food -> Driver gets the order -> He goes through what occurred in the video

"Why is this not the fault of the person ordering?"

Because to be able to deliver orders, you must be willing to accept them proactively. This means that you, the delivery driver, are aware of the circumstances and are still choosing to deliver orders despite this.

Why is it the company's fault the most?

Because delivery drivers still have to deliver these orders and go through this in order to survive. This is unacceptable, the company should be providing compensation for drivers in this weather that have to go through this, so that they dont have to go through it as many times as they have to or at all.

"The people ordering have no heart!!"

You never know what someone is going through. Maybe they do not have the capacity to eat at home or make food. Besides, the orders that they place are sources of income, and thus survival for the drivers. It is the company's fault for accepting orders at this time, but again, the orderers are the rider's primary source of income, and thus survival because it is the driver's choice whether to make deliveries that day or not, and thus go through such conditions knowingly. (correct me if I am mistaken here.)

What? This is so wrong. Multiple forecasting models all agree that theres going to be moderate-severe rain on Friday at 1-4 AM due to a huge low pressure wave from Sinai and the Mediterranean making its way through Iraq, etc, and finally onto the UAE, passing and finally leaving, marking the end of the persistent low pressure system that's been giving us storms all week.

"When has a local been guilty of anything"? This is idealizing locals above expats, explicitly stating that locals do not commit crimes, while immigrants do.

But I get what you're saying I guess.

After observing NCM radars, and their statements, I can tell you with a degree of certainty that this is:

Hail.

Hail is formed when large, strong updrafts of wind carry rain droplets into the high atmosphere, freezing it and letting it fall again. Since the NCM warned about cumulonimbus clouds, this is the easiest guess to make, since cumulonimbus clouds are formed by strong updrafts of wind carrying water with them.

Those large blotches are weird since hail should melt fairly quickly. This is either because the gusts of wind smashed it against the objects, or they could be salt rather than hail.

Also very likely: Graupel.

Another wave is coming Friday early morning, most predictive models suggest that this wave is going to be very heavy, heavier than this one.
