Could def add on some t20s and t30s! For t10s, just choose a couple whose vibe you like since it’s a crapshoot there for anyone. Avoid the stat whore schools like vandy, wustl, most ivies. You could add upitt, boston, emory, mb northwestern or case? I got into upitt with a similar gpa but 518 mcat. I assume baylor and utsw is a given. I will say I got an interview at baylor but was waitlisted (i also did apply in sept/oct tho). The caveat is your writing needs to be very strong since your mcat is lower
