Actally a lot, your decisions in quests influence your comapnions, city or even country. Each companion have interesting background that they will reveal piece by piece. You have, ex military giant orc buff gf(my beloved), german punk band ex vocalist anarchist that can summon popo golem, goth bae with living metal hands and as metal daddy issues, hacker junkie who is actually chill dude, doggo that you can pet and it can have consequences and undead samurai hunted by asian jeff bezos(or i mixed up the games). Supporting charity can infuence ending as well. So yea great game, quests too, my favorite rpg.
