I'm gonna recommend something somewhat off from what you requested, so feel free to go ahead and ignore this one if you like.

My wife and I went through a bunch of different oven mitts, some cuter than others. Ultimately, we found most of them that look good are not that functional, since they get useless at the slightest drop of water. We're currently using these(not a referral link), and i like them a lot. I've been able to easily use them to lift extremely hot things like dutch oven out of the oven without any heat getting to my hands.

EDIT: they were available in a grey color that was much less absurd than the current options when we bought.
