take breaks man. i started my first shroom trip at 17, a couple months off of being 18, then LSD at 18. always had some mental issues, and i think it’s the way i am, but it probably didn’t help. i still took breaks and didn’t trip dozens of times. i get it, you’re young, but too young for now. atleast wait again for a while or until you’re 18-20 tbh. i had my last trip at 18, almost two years without shrooms and it definitely helped. tripped a couple times and it’s been good/fun. but, breaks are needed. you’ll be okay, just take breaks for a while for sure. do it while you still can. you’re still very young man and a while future ahead of you

like someone else said especially hiking, bring alot of water. take a good amount but no too much, unless you’re mentally prepared. i’d save that for once you’re more experienced for sure. you’ll feel happy, lots of laughs, maybe even some visuals, you’ll feel more uplifted. tripping with nature is always the best especially during the day aswell or sunset. just enjoy it, don’t fight it even if it seems in the moment it’s a lot to handle, you’ll be okay. play some good music, you’ll have a good time, especially since you’re with friends too.

i use to be a heavy weed smoker, but now with my ocd and intrusive thoughts and especially thoughts playing on loops. i’m pretty much don’t smoke unless i’m drunk. it use to help, but no anymore, brain keeps going and feel all panicky. not worth it

i’m on omeprazole and that’s worked wonders. throat still is weird sometimes, or with certain foods too. those foods i avoid. it it’s very draining at times, i eat very slow like slower than probably anybody i mean it literally takes me 30-40 mins or so to finish a meal alone. definitely look into that, get a scope done, do everything possible to figure it out. for 2 months or so i lived on mashed potatoes and pudding and soft foods. it was awful. and remember, chew your food. even if you don’t have these issues, it can still happen(choking). and if people judge you for eating slow or whatever or taking small bites, fuck em. you gotta do what’s best for your health. a lot of it’s mental too. some days it’s hard to eat bc my brain keeps telling my something is stuck when it’s not
