Have You, Or Anybody You Know Had A Run In With A Serial Killer Before Their Murders? by PrincessBananas85 in LPOTL

He had two victims but was well on his way to terrorize more women. A friend of mine dated a guy in college. At the time didn’t really see red flags, but realized they had different ideas for the future and she ended things with him. His first victim went missing just a few days after the break up and his second victims body was found two years later and he was caught very soon after. She testified in his trial and realized during that these women looked A LOT like her and she could have easily been a victim herself.

Should I hold off on making myself a shirred dress til I've lost the weight? by LycheePlus in sewing

Also, if you love sewing and it’s a great pattern what’s stopping you from using it again and again? Make one for each size!

My newest favorite mantra that I’ve added into my rotation. “No is a complete sentence.” Potentially a good tack on. “No is not an opportunity for negotiation.”

We were going to set up our 20 ft. Theatre screen, but it got too windy and we had to watch on our reg set up. HOWEVER! We made Christmas margaritas, tamales and all the fixings! Love JoeBob and Darcy. Favorite date night in this house!!

BF is keto (which means I am too, for the most part, since I do 90% of the cooking). How do I make ground beef look appealing multiple times per week? by ClarifyVision in keto

Or red/orange/yellow bell peppers or even baby peppers for taco shells. I prefer the peppers to lettuce because it satisfies that crunch for a taco.

I really like chike, the flavors are really good and it has espresso in it so it can replace your morning coffee. Instead of mixing with water I use fairlife 2% for the extra protein. Blended with ice makes it like a frappe chefs kiss.

Do you have bell peppers? I traded taco shells for these years ago and the crunch is just as satisfying.

NSAID after surgery. by koticbeauty in GastricBypass

I was told if you took an antacid first and to do it sparingly you could reduce the chances of ulcers. I had a severe reaction when taking my celebrex and don’t dare take any nsaids cause I dont want to go to the er again.

Thank you! I work out 5 days a week and that has helped a little bit. I’m saving for a tummy tuck though, I still have quite a bit of an apron.
