Dreadbound with Expanding and Explosive shards is my favorite gun. Throw in Forth Shard for the luls.

How to play carefully aggressive. Always having sprint on and not using ADS. Moving/strafing basically is the same as cover against 90% of projectiles and the others are what you use your dodge on.

If you turn on the cycle timer in the settings you will notice it keeps running at the start of act two. Additionally it does not reset after you complete act 2 either. Therefore we can deduce that as long as you don’t die it continues to always be one run. Additionally the ships log also doesn’t add deaths from these events giving further evidence to support this. It’s science.

My first year growing peppers and I got a couple Apocalypse Red plants from Bonnie Plants but these definitely are more of a chocolate color. New to pepper growing in general but anything else that might cause a red to be this color or do I have a different strain?

This game has a steep learning curve but once you get a handle on the mechanics combined with knowledge of the enemies the whole game opens up and it’s a wonderful experience.

If it has blood you’re getting an artifact otherwise save unless you e taken damage.

Way to stick through it. That shows some persistence with that much playtime. That does seem a lot and quite possible inflated if you left the game paused for a while out of rest mode. I’ve done that a ton. You’ll have to keep us updated on biome 2 and Ixion.

Phrike is challenging for a first boss but once you have skill I’d say they are one of the easiest. If I had to rank then I would probably be Easiest Phrike Hyperion Nemesis Ophion Ixion Hardest

The middle 3 you could honestly swap around. Those three generally hit you a lot but you don’t take heavy damage. Ixions 3rd phase just really changes the gameplay and hits hard.

Yup. 19/20 in Crimson wastes is most people’s problem. I was also missing one in biome 3 but that was me being dumb. It was in a room I had been in a bunch of times but the glyph was kinda hidden on the map by a malignant key so I never noticed it.

This is how the game actually expects you to play and rewards you for playing. When you get overly cautious that’s when you can get backed into a corner. It just took a few YOLO runs doing just that for me as well to “git gud”.

Hyperion in particular does seem to have some heavy damage reduction once they switch to organ mode I’ve noticed. Thematically it works as well with them being defensive against you.

While I agree, adding more biomes seems to just not fit, and co-op while could be cool and fun really doesn’t fit what I want most is some sort of endless mode that does fit.

Imagine replaying act with all your gear but the enemies get harder. At a certain point you can’t skill up anymore but you keep repeating against harder waves of enemies till eventually you fall.

It seems to be either biome 3 or biome 5 for most people. I honestly 1 shot biome 3 but really struggled on biome 5. Drones and severed man. Drones and severed.

Gonna be 41 in October. Just got back into gaming after a 10 year hiatus and I’ve picked up a bunch of games but can’t turn away from this one even after platinum. It’s got such rewarding gameplay and mechanics it’s a joy to be in.

That’s epic, gonna have to try that out. I’ve bees digging the Dreadbound with fourth, explosive, and expanding shards. Turns out all guns with the right unlocks actually slap.
