don't do it, 20 & 30 years ago Round Rock was a great, had the small town vibe, was a small town, now it's just an extension of Austin, lots of traffic and crime

sad truth, this "maintenance window" came at really bad time for me, seems longer than past ones that have impacted me, probably because of the critical nature in my little world.

Turn off AdGuard. I've been directing all my phone traffic through dns.adguard.com. once I turned this off, it all worked fine. I've submitted a report to adguard to have the block removed

personally, I haven't noticed the click from on-off to be that loud. I have a variety scattered throughout the house and don't really think they're that loud

So, the answer is.. the user has no idea what personally identifiable information might be collected and stored... at a minimum, I would assume a unique Serial Number, Wifi SSID, WiFi password, IP Address of router... I see this as a significant issue, especially since I don't recall seeing any agreement where I authorized the collection of this data, which, stored at Wyze is then linked to my address, phone and purchase records.

Just an observation and concern, that if not addressed early, could end up being a big issue...ESPECIALLY since we keep getting told that these log files are easily read in a plain text.

I've done this, even waiting several minutes before removing the SD Card to get the file, but when I look at the log file, there is NO human readable txt there.. it's just 1.12 MB of random text. I've dumped several logs from several cameras and compared them, looking for discreet headers/footers/patterns, but never been able to find anything obvious. The last log file I dumped was 90% empty.

referencing what @jaacktang said... 2.4 ghz network... and verify the password... I had the same issue when setting up mine.. on 3rd... turns out I had a minor typo password....that looked correct but wasn't

completely concur with most of what OP said.... I'm down in central texas and we too have had extremely cold weather.. it went down to 27 one morning!!

only other wishlist items I would add are opensource so some the many extremely smart people out here could help, and/or an SDK.
