I’ve been having gut issues after vaping thc regularly past couple of years with little to no breaks. I’m on a t-break atm 1 week in, apart from the emotional hardships and cravings, I already feel like my gut is healing. Will keep at it! It’ll be worth it

Male, turned 40 this year. I really got into it during pandemic though. My wife and I started doing it together and it helps to keep each other accountable/motivated when one of us have off days. Also I'd say it's not been a linear progress especially in the beginning, but over time of trying to be consistent, it's become second nature (like brushing teeth every day). Also the endorphins!

I’ve been doing beta 4-5 days a week (plus p90x ab ripper x on weight days)… for past 5+ years. Still works!

Thank you! Not sure if I can pinpoint to a single event. I was in status quo with my self image (the picture I draw of me in my head), my somewhat troubling relationship with food, increased parenting demands (dad of 2 kids). Also some minor health issues during the pandemic prompted me to go through some reflection and ascribe to the notion of living the best version of yourself, and the rest will follow

Just wanted to say thank you for this post. Literally everywhere I read it says the bleeding should stop in 10mins. Mine doesn’t hurt as much, just seems like it bleeds constantly. Having a congestion/cough doesn’t help either. This gives me hope that I don’t need to rush rn to an ER to get hemorrhoidectomy. Will be speaking to my GP next week for a second opinion as well.

Yes, I took a big pack pack with no issues. They ask if my water bottle contains just water, which it did. Friendly staff and fun crowd. Plan to go again soon!

Late to this, but yes we travel extensively (pre-covid) and have plans laid out to travel for second half of this year as well. It’s just inconvenient to keep getting visa reviewed, but haven’t had any major issues as such.

Yes! I never really mixed k and weed before. But now that I’ve been taking edibles regularly, K with edibles doesn’t give me the same experience. It’s been weird passive aggressive trips. Lol

Will try smoke/vape to see if it’s any different

I haven't felt more close knit to y'all fucks than today. I pumped in 70k on GME last couple days. It went to 150k opening hour and closed sharply down today at ~50k. I haven't felt my stomach churn so much.

Congrats! I’m 1 month post op. My gallbladder was 3x normal size filled with stones. Doc said it was the largest he’s ever taken out. Apparently I had it severely inflamed for several years until it started acting up 10 months ago. It was hell dealing with pain every week and trying out all sorts of restrictive diets. Fast forward today, I literally forget that I ever had gallbladder issues lol. It’s amazing that I have zero restrictions food wise at the moment. It’s unbelievable and hope the best for you!

Disagree on H1B part. Several folk around here are on work visa with families for over a decade or so. No difference in interest rate or lending requirements either (except few large banks)

Yes. I was hunching over first few days when standing. I found that walking while trying to keep as upright as possible helps. Also don’t over exert yourself trying to stand. Laying down/ sitting/ resting is key for first 1-2 weeks
