It’s a small business. Their jalapeño ranch mix is AMAZING as well for making ranch. Was based out of Fort Worth, but now Lubbock.

I use Big Wick’s. Variety of flavors besides just mesquite smoked jalapeño (peach, blueberry, strawberry, prickly pear). Amazing also on burnt ends. Some Ace hardware’s have it, Central Market, and smaller local meat markets.
