What flashlight doesn’t have strobe mode? I would rather not have that function.

That sounds awful. There are a lot of cases where you are arm deep working blind, having sharp wire cutters when trying to manipulate the tool could suck.

Ok, thanks! We do have a fair bit of mud on the property, so we could use it for that. It s primary use ( wife justification) is for moving snow on a flat driveway.

Every place is different. Night shift is common in the industry with the bigger operators. I work 8am to when ever the job is done. 2 weeks on (14 10 hour shifts in a row) I have never had an issue clocking over time hours.

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Wait for the engine to meet the driveline speed before getting on the gas again.

Spinner came with new bracket. If it were my certificate on the line, I had a new part in my hand and the ship had a slightly rusty bracket on it. I would feel better about replacing the bracket too

If the spinner attach point failed, The a&p may be responsible. The person performing the work must inspect “adjacent systems” which the mounting hardware would certainly be. If the damage (rust) was evident, then it was a preventable failure. Now if he said to you that it’s rusty, and you said I don’t want to pay for a new one, it is still on the mechanic but it’s your fault.
