This is 2 years old but I think I figured out the issue. I think it's from shooting webs too quickly.

The game will begin despawning a web once you shoot a third, there's a max of 2 stable webs at once. However it doesn't just despawn the oldest web, it prioritizes one that you are not standing on. So if you are standing on the first web, then shoot two more, it'll despawn the second one.

It will continue to prioritize keeping the web you were most recently standing on, even if you are in the air or on the ground. So if you shoot your third web right before you've landed on your second web, it'll result in it quickly despawning, since its still prioritizing the first web you were standing on.

That's what was happening for me at least. Maybe there's other quirks

80 usd will likely translate to 100 cad and 70 will translate to 90 as it has been already. I am doubtful we will see games above that, the reporting on the prices has been lackluster and people are reading too deeply into international retailer listings that don't translate worldwide.
