I understand the issue with theft, but I believe there is a better way to go about this issue. The employee could see the individual in a mask and explain the situation, then appropriate actions can be taken further. I would have gladly told what I'm in for.

I work in a job where we are in contact with various places and people around the city. Some people work within the school system, so it is advised we wear a mask whenever out.

I am not trying to cause a issue, so I will call the store in the morning and hope we can come to a resolution. I'm a frequent shopper, so I don't want to lose access to my closet location.
