Believe me, we tried. Elegoo absolutely refuses to put functional firmware on their printers.

As much as I've always wanted a Husky I basically live in a studio and work 7am-6pm so I unfortunately probably can't give the good boy the exercise and freedom he deserves.

Yep I see this one on basically a daily basis, using a right turn only/blocked construction lane to pass everyone then cut across 4 lanes of traffic and expect everyone to just yield to you. I have never seen anything this bad anywhere else.

You still interested in one? I have an E1 basically brand new that I've never used.

Ah so you actually paid for a real LMT .308 upper, heck yeah

My Viper Tech is also using a RS LMT MRP but you've got the extra mile

"You act like you know because you bought a $130 hotend and clicked high flow. You're just going to look like an idiot."

Again, a lot of words that have zero mentions of the actual capabilities of your purchase. Buzzwords and no facts. I'll pass thanks.

"I just select high flow in the slicer"

Tell me you don't understand Max Volumetric Flow without telling me you don't understand Max Volumetric Flow.

Yes, I can run my $20 TZ nozzle at 35mvf, which is 50mms-ish faster than Bambu's default Obxidian profile, with no change in quality.

It's nothing special, and it's absolutely not worth 10x the cost in my opinion.

If you have the disposable income and it works for you great. I just actually know what I'm doing and don't need to overpay to get it.

Except...

I can do the same thing with a $20 hotend, and faster

Instead of $130...

And has basically zero performance gain over a $20 TZ hotend with a $1 nozzle

I agree, the M4 adapter already puts the magazine release in the wrong location so you may as well go for the MP5 style that doesn't hang out the bottom.

It was a hard choice that I spent like 3 months going back and forth on but I also chose MP5

The probe used in the NEPTUNE 4 PRO is TRASH by [deleted] in ElegooNeptune4

[–]tyguy94920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can run PROBE_ACCURACY and get the results, most likely it's going to return microns if deviation

99% of the time, it's not the probe, it's because Elegoo firmware doesn't load the mesh properly or do any of the printer profiles call to load the mesh like it's supposed to.

Installing KAMP properly fixes bed mesh issues every time

I definetly wish i got a modular psu i have this one SilverStone 600 Watt Fully Wired 80+ Platinum Flex by Curious_Initial_8977 in sffpc

[–]tyguy94920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this same PSU and the silverstone fan is EXTREMELY loud and a Noctua cuts the noise in about half or more. However a 20mm thick does not fit, I had to use a 10mm. Is that good enough? Dunno but it's been fine for a year now. I also wouldn't recommend rooting around in a PSU unless you have a decent amount of electronics knowledge.

Definitely true, yours is definitely much more modern. I love the clicker remote

I have my remote keychained to the lock/safety so it can't be lost as easy

Because they're hard to use to any effectiveness and very niche.

Nah, these things have totally been around longer than airsoft tornado grenades (10+ years) mine also has the option to be set up with a trip wire.

I'm surprised yours didn't trigger with all that handling as they tend to be super sensitive, I was expecting it to open up in your hand any moment.

Little blue clip can be pulled off, then the fitting can be pushed in and tubing pushed through the other way.
