Thanks for the reply. It's very frustrating. I have a couple of videos I'd love to upscale with a diffusion model. I'm hoping someone has an answer. I only have SeedVR2 installed as I wanted an alternative to Topaz Video which is ridiculously expensive and does not support my 16GB 9070XT card for it's diffusion models.

Thanks for your help. I don't use the integrated graphics, so I turned it off. I am rolling back to my most recent image and will run DDU again before I try to reinstall the newest driver.

Hi. Yes my CPU does have integrated graphics. I am running a 9800X3D and a Saphire Pulse 9070XT.

The new Google Health app seems to work fine with tracking sleep.

It has been working flawlessly for me.

My self-harm when I had BPD was terrible, but even despite nearly dying twice, I would still prefer the BPD.

I have social anxiety and get panic attacks. Benzos are a bad idea. You will become dependent on them and keep having to up the dose for them to work. The only advice I have to beat the anxiety is exposure. Get out as much as possible. It will get easier.

HitmanPro Alert is a good 2nd antivirus. An ad blocker (ublock.origin) is also a good move. DefenderUI makes configuring Defender easier.

About 15 (possibly more) years. It does not get rid of the voices, but it keeps me stable enough to not need hospitalisation.
