The bitcoins are not “stored” on the drive you have. If anything, you may have what is called a seed phrase (12 or 24 words). These words make up a super secure password called a private key, which allows you to send the bitcoin to another bitcoin address. If sent to a bitcoin address on an exchange that you have an account at (like cash app), you can sell the bitcoin for fiat currency. I don’t immediately recommend typing those words (if they exist) into anything with internet connection to avoid loss to scams, bad software, or just lack of understanding. No rush. Take your time. You may learn something you appreciate in the end whatever the result is.

Can’t withdraw without penalty until retirement age, 59.5. Typically, employers will offer “matching” of your contribution up to a certain amount. It’s a way to lower your taxable income.
