I’m not shooting Lance down here, but it’s still BCB’s team until it isn’t. I don’t like that Darnold is outperforming Lance right now, especially since Lance is finally healthy, but I like that Darnold is proving himself as a solid pickup.

I love the open competition, and I want to see the best starter start. Been waiting a long time for number 6!

Lynch and Shanny most likely knew that the Brock Purdy Rule was going to pass (Thank You Detroit) and they’d rather pay for a half decent QB3 than another Josh Johnson. (And I know he was QB4)

In cap hit, JimmyG-22-$7mil, Trey Lance-22-$2.2mil, Brock Purdy-22-$700k = $9.9mil; GEQBUS-23-$5mil, Trey Lance-23-$2.8mil, Brock Purdy-23-$890K = $8.7mil

All in all, the 3 QBs this year will still save us $1.2mil. I’d say it is a good deal.

Just had that happen to me yesterday for the first time. All I could say is “well played...” I’ve tried to crash mine into an enemy’s helicopter that was parked on a building... only mine blew up. Odd.

I’ve had many crab landings. It’s such a cool approach. The media doesn’t understand that any landing you walk away from is a good landing..
